Wanna Dress Up - Exchange Policy

• Policy on Product Returns

• Both the buyer and the seller accept this TrustPay Policy. The buyer shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement if the buyer makes false, frivolous, or unjustified complaints about the delivery or quality of the Products. Wanna Dressup will handle buyer product complaints about refunds or replacements.

• The buyer must reasonably check that the product's packaging is not destroyed or tampered with before delivering any Product.

• Depending on the type and category of the product, the return procedure may be subject to additional conditions.

• Buyer agrees that if the seller does not accept the returned Product, Wanna Dressup has the right to liquidate or sell those Products and transfer all valid title, fairness, and interests in those Products, including warranties and other collaterals and benefits.

• Transactions and orders Cancellation

• Seller Cancellation: There may be specific orders that the seller is unable to accept, in which case the seller has the option to cancel the order either directly or by instructing Wanna Dressup to do so. Seller maintains the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion. Non-availability of the Product or quantities specified by the buyer and mistakes or errors in price information are examples of conditions that may result in the buyer's purchase being cancelled. Before completing any order, the seller may demand extra verifications or information. The buyer will have no recourse in the event of a cancellation, and neither the Seller nor Wanna Dressup will be liable. If the buyer's order is cancelled, the money will be reversed/remitted to the buyer, either to the bank account supplied by the buyer for such reversal or to the buyer's payment instrument from which payment was received or to any prepaid payment instrument account of the buyer. Wanna Dressup will choose the reversal manner from the above choices at its discretion. If a promotional coupon provided by Wanna Dressup is used to buy the product, Wanna Dressup will not return the money paid under the promotional code if the transaction is cancelled. The following is the buyer's exclusive recourse, the seller's single obligation, and Wanna Dressup's entire duty if the seller or someone other than the buyer cancels the purchase order.

• Cancellation by the Buyer: If the buyer requests an order cancellation, the seller maintains the right to accept or refuse the request for any reason. Suppose a seller gets a cancellation notification, and the purchase has not been completed. In that case, the seller may cancel the transaction and return the total payment to the buyer within a reasonable timeframe. Wanna Dressup will not revoke orders that the seller has already processed.

         The buyer does not contest the seller's decision and accepts the seller's cancellation decision.

• All notifications required by this Agreement must be in writing and will be regarded provided if delivered in writing. Any statements issued by either Party must be mailed to the other's address as set out above (unless otherwise changed by written notice).

• The Parties acknowledge that the law is unsettled concerning some elements of this Agreement and explicitly agree that this Agreement will be interpreted so that its contents are lawful and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by relevant law.
