On the Platform, Your principal identity is your mobile phone number and e-mail address. You must keep your cell phone number and e-mail address current at all times on the Platform.

Users use the Platform to meet and communicate to complete transactions. Wanna Dressup is not and cannot be a party to or regulate any transaction between Platform Users in any way.

All commercial/contractual conditions are solely presented and agreed upon by Buyers and Sellers. Price, shipping fees, payment methods, payment terms, date, duration, mode of delivery, warranties connected to goods and services, and after-sales services associated with products and services are all examples of commercial/contractual terms. Wanna Dressup has no influence over, nor does it decide, advise, or participate in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual agreements between Buyers and Sellers in any manner. The Seller/Brand, not Wanna Dressup, is responsible for any discounts and offers (including exchange offers).

Wanna Dressup makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the details (such as quality, value, salability)of the items or services intended to be sold or offered for sale or purchase on the Platform. Wanna Dressup does not encourage or condone the sale or purchase of any items or services on the Platform, either implicitly or explicitly. Wanna Dressup is not liable for any failure to execute or violation of any contract between Buyers and Sellers. Wanna Dressup can not guarantee that any transaction agreed on the Platform will be completed by the involved Buyers and Sellers. Wanna Dressup is not obligated to mediate or settle any issue or disagreement between Buyers and Sellers.

Wanna Dressup makes no representation or guarantee about any of its Users' item-specifics (such as legal ownership, creditworthiness, identity). You should independently check the bona fides of any User with whom You choose to transact on the Platform and use Your best discretion in doing so.

Wanna Dressup will have no right, title, or interest in the items at any time, nor will it have any responsibilities or liabilities concerning any transaction entered into between Buyers and Sellers. Wanna Dressup is not liable for substandard or delayed service performance or damages or delays caused by out-of-stock, unavailable, or back-ordered items.

A Platform is only a tool that Users may use to reach a broader audience to acquire and sell goods and services.
Wanna Dressup will not have any right, title, or interest in the items at any time, nor will it have any responsibilities or liabilities under the deal.

Obligations of the Licensee

The Licensee will not distribute, sell, LicenseLicense, or sublicense the Asset to a third party, nor will it let, trade, or expose the Asset for sale.

Except as specifically authorized by Licensor, no copies of the Asset are to be created.

Licensee may not make any modifications to the Asset or its content.

The Licensee shall implement technical and security measures to guarantee that the Asset for which the Licensee is responsible is protected against unauthorized use or access, both physically and electronically.

Licensee must ensure that all Licensor copyright notices and other proprietary legends, as well as any Licensor trademarks and service marks, are retained in the Asset.
